I have been working with the ICRI for a few years and I am happy with the way we the employees are treated here. Everyone is given a scope to use his or her skills and be creative and also learn in the process. Though I thought working here would be an uphill task but it was just the opposite. I enjoy my work in clinical research and what more can one ask of an organization.
