I was asked by my uncle one day will you recommend anyone to work at ICRI. I said of course. Then he said that you are happy with the work culture and the way you are treated otherwise you may not want someone close to you to face the difficulties you face in the workplace. So you get the point he was indirectly asking me if I am happy with my work and what a way to find out.
